These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the basis on which TechVocalz provides consulting, design, and software development services. By engaging with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of work
All work will be described in a written proposal or statement of work, including deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any changes to scope may impact cost or schedule and will be agreed in writing.
2. Payments
Payment terms (such as upfront deposits, milestones, and due dates) will be specified in your proposal. Late payments may pause active work until balances are cleared.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, final deliverables become your property upon full payment. TechVocalz may use non-confidential work examples in portfolios or case studies.
4. Confidentiality
We treat all non-public information you share with appropriate confidentiality and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the project or by law.
5. Warranties & liability
We deliver work with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the relevant services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
