The Problem

TechVocalz needed a production-grade platform to deliver vocational training end-to-end — courses, assessments, live classes, certification, instructor payouts, and career placement — with global payment support, rather than stitching together point tools.

Our Solution

We built a full LMS on Laravel with structured course delivery, quizzes/exams/assignments, scheduled live classes, automatic certificate and marksheet generation, a complete instructor ecosystem, six payment gateways plus offline payments, and a RESTful v1 API with optional Auth0 SSO.

The Result

TechVocalz launched a scalable education platform that handles the entire learner journey from enrollment to certification to job placement, monetizes globally across six gateways, and exposes an API ready for mobile and third-party integration.

About the project

TechVocalz LMS is a production-grade online education platform designed for delivering vocational and technical training. The platform provides an end-to-end learning experience combining course delivery, assessments, live classes, certification, and career placement. Core features include structured course delivery with sections, lessons, and resources; comprehensive assessment tools with quizzes, exams, and assignments with grading; scheduled live classes via video conferencing; automatic certificate and marksheet generation with customizable templates; and a full instructor ecosystem where educators can apply, manage courses, and receive payouts. The platform supports six major payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe, Mollie, Razorpay, PayStack, SSL Commerz) plus offline payments, with a coupon/discount system. It features multi-role dashboards for students, instructors, and administrators, community features including forums and course reviews, a built-in blog system, job circular postings for career services, and full dark mode support. The RESTful v1 API enables mobile app integration and third-party connections. Optional Auth0 integration provides enterprise SSO capabilities.
